Stanadard movement rules apply except for the following

Moving out of combat

Moving out of HTH or CQ combat can be done in two ways. Backing Away, or Running Away.

Backing Away

Backing away allows the character to move up to their full movement away from their opponent, backing away costs an action. The opponent has the option of sticking with the moving character or letting them go. If the opponent chooses to stick with the character they can move up to half of their movement as a free action.

Running Away

A character can also run away from combat by either spending an action to move their full movement or by moving half their movement with another action. In both these cases their opponent has the option of letting them go or taking a Free CQ Strike against them. The opponent does not have the option to keep with them.
